I haven't applied yet but I would like to

  • It isn't too late to apply! Please complete a paper application form and drop it in to reception with a copy of your results (we can do that for you if required) and we will contact you with further instructions once we have looked at your application (please note that this may be over a weekend).

What do I need to bring to enrol?

  • Applicants must bring a copy of their results with them or we won’t be able to enrol, this includes any done in previous years.

What do I do if I'm running late?

  • Come in as soon as possible, or call to rearrange. If you do not come to your enrolment appointment (without informing us previously) we will phone you at the end of the day to rearrange your appointment.

What do I do if I can't make my appointment?

  • If you are unable to attend your appointed session, please contact us as soon as possible and we will give you a new time and date.

I am not available at all until enrolment has ended

  • You may send another trusted person in your place, preferably over the age of 18. You must provide them with a signed letter from you, giving permission for them to enrol on your behalf. The letter must include a list of chosen courses plus reserve options.
  • The person enrolling on your behalf must also have a copy of your results, including any done in previous years. We will only be able to enrol you in this situation if all of these conditions are met.

I applied recently but I haven't heard anything

  • We are dealing with all applications received in the last few days. Please bear with us as we are very busy at the moment. You will receive a phone call to discuss your application soon.

I have a 'reserve' offer

  • You will be contacted in early September if we are able to offer you a place.

I would like to withdraw my place

I didn’t get the grades I wanted – what do I do?

  • Please attend your enrolment session as planned. We will look at your results and discuss the options available to you.

What happens after enrolment?

  • After enrolment, you will be required to attend an induction day, where you will be given further information about the College and the courses you will be taking during your time here.

When do lessons start?

  • Lessons will begin on Monday 2nd September 2019.

Email addresses and passwords

  • The email address and password that you were given at enrolment will be activated in time for you to receive your timetable on Sunday 1st September. Please don't worry if it's not working yet.

I have another query

  • Please call reception on 02920 498 555 or email
  • Please note that this is an exceptionally busy time for us and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can. This may be in the evening, at the weekend or on bank holiday.
