Cashless Payments

St David’s College uses iPayimpact online payments to allow students to reduce the amount of cash they carry to College, and to help reduce administration and cash handling in the College.

The system can be used to pay for meals, trips, and other expenditure. If students wish to purchase items from the café or canteen using the cashless catering system, you are required to add money to their account using the iPayimpact website.

How to register

Before you are able to use the cashless system you/your parents/guardians need to register on the site.

  1. Go to
  2. Click 'register'
  3. Enter the student account reference (if you have lost your reference, please email
  4. Enter a username that you will remember. You will need to use this each time you log in.
  5. Enter and confirm a valid email address
  6. Enter and confirm a password (minimum 6 characters)
  7. Enter answer to maths test question
  8. Agree to the terms and conditions

An email will be sent to your account. You will need to activate your account by clicking the link provided. 

Once you are able to log in you will be able to update your personal information. If you have more than one child at St David's, or at another institution using iPayimpacts, you will be able to link additional accounts. 


How to make a payment

  1. Go to the home page of
  2. Add the items you wish to pay for to your basket.
  3. Click Proceed to Checkout.
  4. You will be directed to the Capita payment gateway where you can enter your debit or credit card details securely.
  5. You will receive an email receipt of your payment once it has been authorised. 


Linking additional children's accounts

  1. Go to Child Accounts on the menu (your first child will be displayed).
  2. Click Link a New Child Account.
  3. Enter the Child Account Reference as detailed in your letter, or from another school or college.
  4. Click Find School and Account. Choose the school/college from the list.
  5. Click Link Account.
