The last day of classes is Tuesday 17th December (changed from Wednesday 18th December). The first day back is the 6th January 2025.

Wellbeing & Mental Health Support

NHS

Any students needing urgent mental health support should contact NHS 111. The service is available for people of all ages, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in all areas of Wales to ensure those in need of support can access it quickly when they need it most.

Samaritans

Samaritans in Wales is available 24/7, including over Christmas, on the freephone number 116 123.

Hours: Available 24/7, 365 days a year – Free to call from landlines and mobiles, including pay-as-you-go mobiles

Samaritans also has a Welsh Language Helpline on 0808 164 0123, which is available every day from 7 AM–11 PM.
