How to Access ParentPay
Current students are required to activate their ParentPay accounts as this will be the only payment platform available to pay for college services. Students have received an email containing their activation details. Please follow the steps contained within that email to activate your student account.
The primary account is linked to the student email address – if parents or guardians wish to have access to the account (to enable payments to be made), please send an email* to ITSupportrequests@stdavidscollege.ac.uk with the following details:
- Parent’s full name
- Email address
*The email must be sent from the student college email account e.g. L19999@stdavidscollege.ac.uk
