St David’s College has built a strong reputation for its A Level provision.
At St David’s Catholic College, the unwavering commitment to educational excellence drives teaching practices and standards. Teachers greatly benefit from teaching only 16 to 19-year-olds, where 100% of their focus, time, knowledge and resources are spent on those learners and the curriculum they follow in their chosen subjects.
Every student is unique. Teaching strategies at St David’s are designed to cater for individual needs and allow every learner to flourish. We go the extra mile to provide specialised assistance for those with learning needs, ensuring that no one is left behind.
The commitment to excellence is evident in the exceptional results that learners achieve. St David’s focuses on value-added data to ensure that every student’s progress is recognised and celebrated. Regardless of background, learners consistently perform well above the national comparators – which is a testament to the effective teaching methods, use of blended learning strategies and our supportive community.
