Goodbye and Good Luck St David's Students

On the last day of teaching for Upper Sixth, teachers and students gathered for a special lunch to say good bye and wish each other good luck for one last time.

There was delicious food on offer, including pizza, cakes, bao buns, and tacos. It was a perfect opportunity for everyone to enjoy each other’s company and share some good laughs for one last time in college.

All learners were given white t-shirts to be signed with good luck messages. This was a wonderful way for everyone to express their best wishes and inside jokes, creating a lasting souvenir of friendship.

The theme of the day was ‘Summer Fair’, and there were face-painting and mini stalls and games to play, with little prizes to be won, including chocolate, lollies, and stress-busting toys. One of the most entertaining activities was ‘Soak the Teacher’, where Mr Todd and Mr Price volunteered to be soaked with sponges thrown by the students. Thank you to Mr Todd and Mr Price for volunteering to be the victims, which left them very wet but everyone else in high spirits.

Many students dressed in fancy dress, with fairies, Mario & Luigi, Hawaiian shirts, and ‘Men in Black’ themes being particularly popular. Seeing everyone’s collective creativity and imagination on display was a joy.
