A Levels
To study A Level courses at St David’s College Cardiff, you will need to get a minimum of 6 GCSEs, at a grade C or above.
It is important to be aware of the subject entry requirements too. Each subject you take may have an entry requirement too, for example to study Psychology you will need at least one grade B in GCSE Science and grade C in GCSE Mathematics. BTEC Courses
To study most BTEC courses at St David’s, you will need to get a minimum of 5 GCSEs, at a grade C or above.
Level 2 Course – Skills for Further Study
Our one-year Level 2 Programme is designed for students who are eager to continue their education but do not yet meet the entry requirements for a Level 3 course. This supportive and engaging programme acts as a stepping stone, helping learners build the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to progress to a Level 3 qualification the following year.
Pupils from Catholic High Schools have priority to places on Level 2 courses.
