Driven by Purpose
Rooted in the values of love, service, and respect, we are a community-driven college dedicated to helping every individual discover and realise their full potential.
We foster an environment where students, staff, and families unite in support and encouragement. Our commitment to excellence is academic, personal and spiritual, ensuring everyone who walks through our doors feels valued, empowered, and ready to make a difference.
Following in the words of St David, “Keep the faith“, we aim for everyone in our community to keep faith at the centre, whether that be faith in themselves, faith in their abilities, or faith in the power of what we can achieve together.
As such, our staff feel the same. Everyone who works at St David’s is driven by values that align with the college’s—as set out in its staff-driven Strategic Plan—seeking a supportive community, bringing good to the world, and having faith in young people.
